7500 Series Double Adjustable
The 7500 series double adjustable coil-over shock provides the versatility of separate compression and rebound adjustments without the use of an external reservoir. From the track to the street, this model can be customized to meet any driving style or condition. We understand that no two cars are the same and an off-the-shelf shock would not work for all chassis. Our technicians consider all variables before building or valving your shocks.

Q?A
How do the Adjusters Work: The 75CODA has two external adjusters. The compression adjuster is located on the body cap. Allowing for 40 different positions of adjustment, the range is dependent on the compression stack used. A typical Penske "B" stack has approximately 150 lbs. of adjustment range. Using a 5/32 allen key, turning clockwise will stiffen compression, while counterclockwise will soften compression. The standard "sweep style" rebound adjuster located on the eyelet has 20 sweeps of adjustment. Using a pin tool, rotating the adjuster screw clockwise makes the rebound stiffer (slower), while rotating the counterclockwise makes the rebound softer (slower).
How Should the Shocks be Mounted: The 75CODA features a floating piston which separates the nitrogen and oil. Since oil and nitrogen are separated, the shock can be mounted body up or body down, allowing it to fit any chassis.
How Do I know What Piston I Should Choose: Penske Shocks offers the widest array of pistons for our shocks. This can feel overwhelming; however, we do this because our customers request a specific feel. If your not sure about what piston is best for your vehicle, let one of our technicians pick for your. Based off our years of experience, we will select the proper piston for your application. If you want to learn a bit more about our pistons, click here.
